FAQ

What is the deal with the “glamping” in Glamping RV Rentals?

Well, my friend, “glamping” is the new black when it comes to outdoor adventures. It’s camping, but with a touch of luxury – picture cozy beds, mood lighting, and maybe even a mini-fridge for your fancy cheese and charcuterie. At Glamping RV Rentals, we’re all about making your nature getaway as comfortable and Instagram-worthy as possible. No more roughing it, just roll up in style!

How do I know which RV is right for me and my crew?

Ah, the age-old question! Fear not, our team of RV experts is here to guide you. Just tell us a bit about your crew size, adventure style, and whether you prefer to travel in luxury or keep it cozy, and we’ll hook you up with the perfect set of wheels. We’ve got rigs that range from a snug little camper to a spacious motorhome – there’s an RV for every kind of outdoor enthusiast at Glamping RV Rentals.

What if I run into trouble on the road?

That’s where 24/7 roadside assistance comes in handy! Roadside assistance packages can help you no matter what kind of shenanigans you and your RV get up to out there. Whether it’s a flat tire, a wonky water heater, or a hungry bear trying to get in on your s’mores action, assistance is just a phone call away. You can choose your own provider such as CAA or Good Sam, just compare the packages they offer and see what might work for you. So go forth and explore, my friends – they will handle the technical stuff so you can focus on making memories.

What about insurance?

Insurance is different from roadside insurance. Insurance for our RVs is provided by MPI (Manitoba Public Insurance). You don’t need to do anything as we have you covered already! MPI covers collisions, fire, theft, hail and other typical vehicle coverages. What they don’t cover is tire damage (sorry but you are responsible for tire damage, check out Good Sam for tire hazard coverage) or damage in the interior that is not the result of a collision or other covered “peril”.

Is there a user guide, manual, cheat sheet? I know nothing about RVs!

YES! For the Glamping Adventurer we have adapted the manufacturer’s manual and suggest that you review this before pickup (send us a message on the Contact page for a copy). There is also a copy in the RV. There is a walk-through of a similar model online at Fraserway.com (Class C Medium).

For the Tiny Glamper the manual is provided. Helio O2 2023 is the model name if you want to google for more information more about it. The manual is here: Helio Manual

For the Tagalong the manual is provided and you can review it online. NuCamp T@G 2022 is the model and the manual is here: TAG Manual You can view a video orientation here: 2022 TAG Walk-through
